Career

Born in Linz, Strasser began professional his career on Austrian Football First League club SV Grödig. He played 13 matches for the club, and in July 2010, his contract with the club expired, and he became a free agent.

After two months without club, Strasser signs with SV Ried. However, he failed to make a appearance on his new club, and in the following year he was moved to Spain, signing contract with UD Almería, and being assigned with "B" team.[1]

In 2011–12 season, Strasser was moved to first team to be the third choice goalkeeper, after the departure of Diego Alves to Valencia, and the arrival of Diego García on first team.[2]

International career

He played in 2009 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship elite qualification, against Finland,[3] and two friendlies with U21, against Hungary[4] and Portugal.[5]
